Italian designer Letizia Morandi previously designing for Bulgari, Acqua di Parma and Jimmy Choo has launched her first major handbag collection, unveiled at a star-studded launch party in London on Friday 8th July at Club Alto.

Letizia Morandi handbags are made for the independent cosmopolitan woman; desiring quality and design above all else. Inspired by classic shapes with a touch of sleek contemporary style the bags are elegantly bold. “Our woman is confident and fashion-forward, she does not feel the need to follow typical fashion trends but proudly defines them, with a stylish air of pride and natural elegance,” says the designer.

For the summer season the collection features neutral shades of beige and the vibrant browns of the dry land with deep purple shades, khaki green, wet brown and black for the winter time. The whole collection is marked by soft shapes and rounded volumes highlighted by the very soft touch and smoothness of the materials. Letizia Morandi uses exotics combined with the softest, finest leather to make these bags new symbols of luxury and sophistication.
