From  the delicious steamed sea bass with Thai basil, lemongrass and sweet chilli sauce to the large sushi and sashimi selection. The service is top quality and  restaurant manager, Lucian Serban and his team go a long way to ensure that all  guests feel truly welcome in the establishment.  He commented “Some of our signature dishes include Spicy Mango Maki – with king crab, prawn tempura & spicy mango sauce, Grilled rack of lamb – spicy coconut crust with a fennel sandal and we are very excited for guests to try out the extensive selection of pan-asian cuisine on offer”.
