How to Make the Perfect Burger at Home’ by Bar Boulud at Lucknam Park Cookery School

Lucknam Park has teamed up with the iconic London restaurant Bar Boulud at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London for a half-day cooking course in how to make the perfect burger.

The course will be run by Bar Boulud’s new executive chef John Barber, who played a crucial role in opening the restaurant in 2010.

The cookery course will run from 10am – 2pm on Saturday 26 January 2019 and guests will make 4-5 dishes including a perfect brioche bun and one of the famed Bar Boulud burgers.

The Cookery School at Lucknam Park offers a unique opportunity for anyone who enjoys cooking to perfect their skills and master new techniques through a variety of innovative courses. The Cookery School is located in a small house on the estate, just a short walk from the hotel.

Bar Boulud at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London will be re-opening on 4 December 2018.

The ‘How to Make the Perfect Burger at Home by Bar Boulud’ course costs £95 per person and includes coffee and pastries on arrival, all ingredients, lunch, course folder, Cookery School bag and use of apron and chef jacket throughout the day.
