Wish Want Wear has partnered with a whole host of leading designer brands including Temperley, Haslton Heritage, Sass and Bide, Tibi, Twenty 8 Twelve in addition to accessories from the likes of Erickson Beamon, Dannijo and Kara Ross. Cultivating unique relationships with many of the designers ensuring they can offer the latest collections at the same time as they hit the retail stores with constant updates keeping their stock fresh and current.

Created by Uttara Parikh, Suruchi Bhargava and Suruchi Saxena, the concept of Wish Want Wear was born out of a genuine need for these friends to always have something new and on trend to wear while staying within a budget. The business trio believe their concept answers this fashion conundrum and will give women the opportunity to step into their fashion fantasy. Consumers have access to a virtual designer wardrobe when they want it, but without ever having to worry about being seen in the same dress twice or the anxiety of damaging the garments.
According to Wish Want Wear co-founder Suruchi Bhargava, through WWW, brands have the opportunity to reach an enthusiastic new audience with elaborate signature clothes that many consumers would normally not be brave enough to buy and will only want to wear once. Bhargava notes: “The kind
of dresses that we buy are the more striking statement pieces, encouraging our audience to step outside their comfort zone and have a bit of fun with fashion without being weighed down by the price tag.” Equally it offers an excellent platform for designers to tap into a whole new audience at an earlier stage who may become loyal fans once they try the brand as well as providing an opportunity to showcase some of the catwalk pieces in their collection that are truly the essence of the brand’s creativity.
With cloud consumption having reached the fashion world, Wish Want Wear is maximizing on this through their concept. Co-founder Suruchi Saxena explains: “Collaborative consumption is very recent and is progressing from one industry to another. We saw it happen with movies and cars, it’s probably time it started happening with fashion.” This type of service highlights a change in consumer’s attitude towards buying clothes and drives them to be more adventurous with their choice of fashion at a lower cost and less risk.
