How to takeover Ibiza one steak at a time….


The world famous steakhouse brand made a distinctive  impact on Ibiza when it launched  in 2016. Chelsea Monthly was present to see through what was an amazing offering for the island famous for revellers putting their hands up in the air like they just don’t care. STK came at a perfect time when the landscape in terms of target audience had  moved from young  to mature adults with excess money in the bank and a taste for a much luxurious experience with albeit facets of the past coupled into one. Now, since it’s successful launch in 2016 my annual visits to Ibiza have always included a stop at STK to make sure Charlie Weaving and the team are keeping up the consistent standards that the location has become accustomed to and this time it was the first stop on my itinerary. As we settled for dinner, i was as always incredibly impressed with the staff, hospitality and most importantly the menu.

For starters, i had Seared Truffled Scallops which includedCauliflower Puree, Roasted Pear and Truffle Sauce and for the mains i opted for the Seared Lamb Cannon which included Merguez, Aubergine, Courgette Puree and  Raisins coupled with Parmesan Truffle Chips on the side. As always the food was amazing and the service from staff was equally top quality. Unfortunately, the table was booked only for an hour so we didn’t get to experience the performance which judging from previous visits is usually something that i definitely recommend you get an extended booking arranged to enjoy the full experience of amazing cuisine and entertainment.
