Since 1906 the Ritz’s Afternoon Tea has offered a popular tradition to a diverse public within the elegance of it’s institution, but this tradition has now been elevated. The Ritz is introducing a new Epicurean Tea Tasting experience, a journey that will stimulate all your senses. Chelsea Monthly was amongst the four guests invited to the launch.
During this three-hour journey you will be accompanied by Certified Tea Master Giando, who will guide you through the fascinating history of six exclusive teas that he has curated. You will learn about the processes, the journey and the properties of those fine teas. For each tea executive Chef, John Williams, MBE and his team have especially created fine sandwiches, warm savoury, baked scones and French patisserie that complement each tea perfectly.
The Epicurean Tea Tasting is £95 available daily at 3pm for four guests; with a 24 hour reservation required.
