My recent stay at this riverside retreat was nothing short of enchanting, and the highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the flagship pop-up restaurant, Estiva Terrace.

Nestled along the picturesque banks of the Thames, the Chelsea Harbour Hotel is a hidden gem that offers an escape from the bustling heart of London. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was met with a sense of elegance and sophistication that extended throughout the property. The well-appointed rooms boasted stunning views of the marina, yachts, and the iconic London skyline, allowing me to revel in the serenity of the waterscape.
The Chelsea Harbour Hotel’s location proved to be a perfect vantage point for yacht-watching, a pursuit that often conjures images of glamorous destinations such as St. Tropez and Monaco. With the calm waters of the Thames as a backdrop, it was easy to envision myself among the jet-set, basking in the allure of luxury yachts as they gracefully glided along the river.
Estiva Terrace: A Culinary Voyage
However, the true highlight of my stay was the culinary journey I embarked upon at Estiva Terrace, the brand-new pop up al fresco bar and restaurant within the Chelsea Harbour Hotel. It’s not an exaggeration to say that Estiva Terrace is a sanctuary for the senses, offering a blend of flavors, textures, and ambiance that creates an unforgettable dining experience and Marco who was in charge of the FOH team was on hand to make sure our experience was amazing.
The moment I stepped onto the terrace, I was struck by the beauty of the marina backdrop. The sparkling water, the elegant yachts, and the London landmarks in the distance created a mesmerizing tableau that set the stage for a remarkable evening. The terrace’s design perfectly encapsulates the yacht-inspired theme, transporting diners to a world of luxury and leisure.
A Symphony of Flavors: The Estiva Terrace Menu
Estiva Terrace’s menu, with its seafood-based cicchetti offerings, is a culinary symphony that pays homage to the sea and its treasures. Each dish is a masterpiece of flavors, skillfully crafted to tantalize the palate. I decided to be less fishy for a change and try the steak which was a delightful introduction to the evening’s culinary adventure. 
Unforgettable Evenings:
Estiva Terrace is not just a dining destination; it’s an experience. As the clock struck 9 pm, I found myself immersed in Champagne O’Clock, a daily ritual that i believe was compliments of Marco.
And what better way to conclude a culinary journey than with the soulful melodies of jazz? Every Friday, Estiva Terrace transforms into a haven of live jazz music, beginning at 7.30 pm. The combination of exquisite cuisine, waterfront views, and the soul-stirring notes of jazz created an ambiance that was nothing short of magical.
